I have been going to Prestige for some time. The barbers are all very friendly, chatty and funny and make the experience enjoyable. Glad to see that appointments can now be made. This saves a lot of hassle when driving into Lancaster; now I know how much to put in those “robbing parking machines”. Ollie will be missed and I wish him well in his travels.

Really impressed that when I had some issues with my appointment and the atmosphere of the salon, the Prestige management team were really quick at investigating my review and making sure that my situation was rectified. Shane and his team are really responsive, and I will definitely be giving Prestige salon another chance. Fantastic salon! Staff are really expert and attentive. Jess and Courtney were very professional and helpful, and worked hard to help me achieve my desired look. Salon is very stylish, with free drinks regularly offered and a great playlist. Also very reasonably priced. Would recommend!
